How To Guide: How to find Resilience & Wellbeing

A few weeks age I had a chat with Rachael Edmondson, a leadership psychology & business performance specialist, about the things we can do to find some resilience in our lives and work and how to find a sense of wellbeing. Not an easy task at the moment!

I wanted to share it with you [it will always be in the Member’s Area for you to watch again] because, not only has Rachael got a sunny disposition that is positive and uplifting, but also because we all need tips, reminders and ideas from time to time.

For me, the biggest takeaways from our chat was that we are in control of the labels we attach to feelings we have. A game changer for people running their own businesses and experiencing profound life changes.

Imagine that you are feeling anxious or fearful about the future and instead of falling down a hole of despair, catastrophe and hopelessness (who hasn’t done that?!), you are able to take a moment to pause, remember that the feeling isn’t permanent & that you can choose to focus on a small task you can achieve now.

I hope that you find it helpful and an uplifting experience to watch as we meander through the obstacles in life that many of us feel.

Our Member’s Club Facebook group is a safe place to share feelings and problems that we might be able to help you with. However, there are also brilliant coaches and therapists in the Member’s Club too if you feel you’d like to get some one to one support. You are welcome to search for them on the website or contact me if you’d like to talk about your options. Remember, you’re not alone.

P.S. If you’d like to work with Rachael or find out more about what she does, here is her email address.
